    I have a Ruger 3 screw Blackhawk that was bored out to a 45LC for fast draw. I put on shows for the Boy Scouts and others for free. Problem,,,, When the Base Pin is placed in the cylinder the pistol locks up. Cylinder will not turn. Have to take the pin out to make it work again. No Gun...
