Anyone know how o get a hold of Gary P. Johnson of 1* fame?

I actually called Mr. Johnston to get his permission to use 1* and pay for the right to do so.
I hadn't realised that 1* was a copy righted item until it was pointed out to me. Seems anything with a set of Heinie sights isn't on the approved list by GPJ so, at first "very interested to sell me the rights Mr. Johnson" suddenly declined and ended the conversation by hanging up.
I have since copy righted the use of a few terms for gun related use, "ONE" and "1-2 RISK", "12R", "ONE TWO RISK", "Hard Use Guns", "Geeze Pissy Job", "NNH" and "low life scum".
I always thought "ONE ASS TO RISK" or "1*", a bit flip, having kicked a few doors myself, and not worth paying for IMO. I was just trying to do the right thing.
Everyone needs a gimmick :grin: At least I know what mine are :roll:

Ya right...that would take some explanation :grin: Rememeber she bought a custom gun from me 8 years ago before we had even dated. She expects perfection! Ya right....

What's he got against Heine sights? Straight eights are the only thing I use on my personal guns now.
As to the "1*/One-ass-to-risk":I've always questioned that. In most of the call-outs I've been on, there was alot more ass on the line than one persons. I know what he's saying, and most of the LE-oriented firearms schools preach it: "You come first...", "You go home at the end of your shift...", etc.
If you truely believed that you come first,you wouldn't be responding to those types of calls and kicking in doors in the first place. (You'd be sitting at a desk in the station, playing on the computer, typing

Gary Paul Johnston lost any credibility he might have had with me when, in his glowing review of the Steyr SBS tactical rifle in GWLE, he neglected to mention the horribly flimsy factory stock that absolutely MUST be replaced on a tactical rifle. The only option for replacement is the McMillan A3, which almost doubles the cost of the rifle. There's no way he could have shot the test rifle and not noticed it, but he sure neglected to mention it in his review. Just another whore of a gunwriter, IMO.
