My .45 pin load, which has served me very well for the past 9-10 years, is the national Bullet Keith-style semiwadcutter, 215 grains, copper coated (not jacketed), with between 10 and 11 grains of Blue Dot (depending on the lot). WW cases, any primer. Pretty much any case will do except Federal. I make 'em go about 1020, really pust a whack on a pin. Gotta have the gun set up right, these can be hard to feed. Start with 9 grains max and work your way up.
