What kind of loads does everyone shoot in their 9x23's. I shoot IDPA ESP that requires a power factor of 125,000. I use 4.7 231 in WW brass with CCI small pistol primers at 1050 fps with a 130gr Montana Gold bullet. Very accurate and soft recoil. I use a 12lb recoil and a 18lb mainspring out of a Colt 1911 9mm 70 series with a Bar-Sto barrel.
