*drool*

Not fair, Dane. That's like forcing a child to stand outside a candy store for two hours, staring through the window in a driving rain.

She's a beauty though... if you ever need some off-site storage.... heheh...

OK, since it is a royal pain in the butt to send guns across the border, what will it take for you to spend a month or two in my basement and make my guns look this pretty?

Free room and board? Home-cooked meals every night? Wine and women? (OK, with respect to Mrs. Burns - you'll have to supply the women  )

Shane, buddy  I built a number of High Power "SpecOp" style guns some time ago. They were cheap dates. Use to chop a Brown beavertail and weld it on the frame with a hand cut thumb safety. But that was 6 years ago and the only HPs I have now are my "toys" that I fool with during Sims classes.

Sorry no digital pics..actually no picts at all of those guns. I have a HP around here I just might make up for you when I get time. How we gonna get it across the boarder my friend

PS I have a couple dozen more pictures I ma going to post on this thread..as time goes by.

Check your private email Shane  And stop bugging me about mouse guns, like HPs!

Dane, I have almost bitten my gag in half. This is even crueler than "CHINESE WATER TORTURE." Those are very nice toys. Regards, Richard

LOL, I didn't say it was a Heinie "GUN" just that it had the scallops  The obvious high level of craftsmanship gives it away. In fact, I like all the guns, just the Kimber stood out in particular. Great stuff

The bunny comment was just a joke. My poor little modem just can't keep up sometimes

That would be Dr. Bob's stainless Kimber Pro Carry FED package with scallops, STI stainless beavertail, cut and blended, melt job, barrel recrown, Heinie's and some serious refit and refinish work, reliability job, Hogue presentation grips. Normal Kimber rebuild from my shop. Costs? Just over a $1000. Not the very best work I do and not all the detailing but enough that I would not be ashamed of useing it myself or send it out to a paying customer.

We'll get to hear what the owner thinks of it early next week I suspect. You listening Bob?

1000 seems like a bargain for that. Very nice  I think the grips really make the gun stand out. Definitely an eye catcher.

I guess David D and I like the same stuff

Dane, how is this gun different from your 'best grade' guns? What additional work would you do to turn this into what YOU consider to be 'best grade'? Thanks
