Haven't tried those yet...I have tried the Triton and Cor-Bon in the same config though...
They will definitely "rack your slide";)

No chrono though...They are reaLLY hot though...Good function and accurate too...This in a 4" SA Champion with a 22lb recoil spring...

Bill,
I have previously used the Black Hills 230 gr. +p loads from a 5" Les Baer Premier 2 they averaged 925-940 fps over the model 35p screens. I have not used the new Gold Dot rounds but I have always found Black Hills ammo to be exceptional and the XTP 230 gr +P is very effective, it is one of my preferred carry loads.

Sorry to say, I have not tried Black Hills but by all accounts it is good stuff. Triton +P 230 clocks 852 in my Kimber if anyone finds some of it laying around.

Yup...gettin' some together for some new loads as well...185s and 200 XTP...

That's what'll be in the cases I was enquiring about, Stephen...Thanks for your input on those as well...

I have a load for the 230s...

Jeez, you would think I would read my own posts to see if they were correct... that should be 952!

I had a chance to chrono the new GD +P loads from my TRP when I did the ammo test, it is indeed very hot and averaged 955fps at a distance of 15 feet over the model 35p.
If I have not mentioned it yet, this ammo is very impressive as handgun loads go and it is in very close contention with my trusted Winchester Ranger Talon carry loads for top spot.

Shay,
Pro Loads ammo should be identical to the Black Hills test results as the listed velocities are very close and the Speer Gold Dot is the same bullet from anyone.
