Who does action work on these guns? What type of single and
double action trigger pull in pounds would one expect before
and after the action job on average? Does anyone have any
experience with a tuned one?

Teddy Jacobson will do a great action job for you. He did my Beretta 92FS and I am 100% satisfied. He'll answer your questions about before and after pull weights, etc.
