Fitted thumb safety has 2 distinct "clicks" when putting saf

Chip McCormick,fitted as usual,followed all the rules,good fit on the sear. But when I installed the plunger springs I've got this noticable "catch" just below the tear drop detent,when putting the safety on. Help please.

My ambi CM did tge same thing look at the detent in the safty to find where the other click is coming from I had to do a little blending near the detent notch...ROFI
