I have heard the rumor of a single stack, full size .45 for a while now, but nothing official. Of course, we had heard in LE circles about 6 years ago that Glock was working on a carbine also, and that never seemed to happen.

I must credit them however, because they have been pretty responsive to the public's demands. First response was the G-19, then the G-21, then the G-26, then the G-30, etc. I would not be surprised if a larger, single stack gun in .45 isn't produced soon. (I still think a select-fire carbine would be cool...)

OK - I heard some rumors today, and I have not verified them, but...

I heard that the Glock 37 is going to be a 9mm in the Glock 36 format, and the 38 will be that same gun in a .40. Rumor is that the Glock 39 will be a "longslide" .45 for IDPA & IPSC. I have no clue what length a "Longslide" will be.

Just FYI
