I'm sure I'll recieve a good n' proper tounge lashing from traditionalists for asking, but I must know, are there any synthetic stocks for M1 Garand's? I dont recall ever seeing one. Thanks

There are a number of synthetic stocks available. To start, try Brownell's.

Personally, I like laminated wood or traditonal wood, but I believe that Choate makes one or maybe Ram Line. If you are looking for moisture resistance, check out Boyds Gunstocks and look at the laminates, very nice. Hate to see a Garand stuck in plastic.
