Hey everyone, I just wanted to join in and extend my hand in an "internet handshake" to introduce myself. I joined the 1911 forum a few weeks ago under the name Tim B(used by another member on this forum.) I was sad to see all the stuff going on, and did not like Dane Burns and Desert Dog getting booted. I look forward to being a member here.

At least our efforts were not totaly in vain. Out of the ashes of the hard work that went into our particapation there, a Phoenix has arisen.

Thanks for the moral support Tim! BTW, Mr. Burns is what we call Dane's father. You can call him Dane. :smile:

Thanks for the reply and the welcome. Funny, that's what I tell poeple when they address me formally! From now on I'll call him Dane as well
