I own two Glock 21SF's with a 1913 Pic rail and ambi magazine release.
One of them functions perfectly, the other has magazine release issues.
When ejecting a loaded magazine the magazine release will remain depressed.
This is ONLY when depressed to the right.
Glock has generously offered to replace the frames with standard G-21 versions...
I was told in fact, Glock is trying to obtain ALL of the Pic railed pistols back for destruction, as they were meant for the ill fated JSP trials.
Any ideas out there? Should I keep them, one...both as curiosities or have them replaced with perfectly functioning pistols?
Additionally, I am a LEO and carry my Glock. I bought the SF version because it fits my hands better then the original offering. Glock offered to replace with a standard model, NOT an SF or Gen 4.
Oh yes, because I live in Kaliforniastan I'll have to re-register my own pistols pay the state tarif and what ever an FFL dealer want to charge....for my trouble.

I remedied this by replacing the magazine latch located in the mag well. Once they get some wear on them or if they are the slightest bit oversized the release will stick. I too have heard that they will gladly swap frames but haven't given mine up. reflex264

Glock, GmbH/Inc. has been trying to get these mistakes out of the marketplace. Suggest you contact Smyrna, tell them you have two of these pistols, and ask for free replacements.

(Glock's reaction will depend on who you speak to in Customer Service, as well as how persistent you are in getting these unreliable pistols replaced. Good luck!)
