I think that even some of us experienced guys can use a refresher now and then. It's easy to develop bad habits and incorporate them into our training exercises, without even realizing it sometimes. There were a few good points in your link. There were also some that I question or disagree with - but that's the great thing about reading/learning about several different opinions and methods. You can ususally extract one or two good points (or more) from sources like yours. Even if you don't use them all, at least you have gained another tool or two for your tactical tool belt.
