I have a new 92fs and a few preban mags. I would like to know if there is anything I should do to reduce the ware on the mags. The mags are dry now and I'm not sure if I should oil the spring and internals are not. I know too much oil can cause problems with the ammo. what do you folks do? Thanks for your input!

You can reduce wear by pushing in the mag release as you are seating the mag.

A very light coat of oil on the inside of the mag tube and spring, then wiped off as much as possible, should not hurt. Better yet is a dry lube (graphite powder, etc.)
