The G30 is my daily carry gun. I use a Sidearmor IWB and a BladeTech single mag pouch on the other side.
About the only time I don't carry it is if I'm going to the range and plan to shoot the G21. On those days I just carry the G21 concealed (under a vest).
I load both with Federal's HydraShok.
