Hey guys is there a way to have silver chrome
coated with a black finish? I have a chrome BHP that I am customizing and would like to refinish it to a black color, but I am not sure how to go about it or who can help me with it. THanks

Anything that is plated can have the plating stripped. After so doing, any finish may be applied to your carbon steel P-35.

You may be able to bead-blast the existing chrome and have one of the "shake & bake" high-tech paint jobs applied (like Robar's Roguard, Birdsong's Black T, Mad Dog Lab's phenolic resin stuff, et cetera). Check with some of these outfits and see if they can help you.

I appreciate the correction. I couldn't remember the name of your coating, so I went with a generic...albeit incorrect...description. I recalled that you were working with applying it over hard chrome, which is what Mattk apparently needs.
