In 1978, I was working for the UP Railroad in Limon Colorado. I had heard of Fred so I took him my Model 28 S&W highway patrolman. He did a very nice light smooth action job, installed a wide model 29 trigger, and then a red ramp front sight. This revolver is one of my most prized possessions. It shoots very well. He was very reasonable in price. He was also very personable to visit with. It is too bad he is not still around tuning revolvers. I will never part with this revolver!!
