Dos anyone know who made a revolver with the inscription: " THE AMERICAN DOUBBLE ACTION" in 38 cal?

"American Double Action" a tradename used by H&R on revolvers made c. 1900. Reference, Byron's 'Official Guide To Gunmarks'.
