You simply put your URL between "IMG" tags... Using the [ & ] brackets...

(img)http://www.yourwebsite.com/picture.jpg(/img) but use the square brackets...

If you hit the "Edit" button, you can see the code...

I think communties.msn.com is free as well. They have a photo album feature if I recall correctly.
