I received these pictures from a source of mine this morning. Not sure if I'd classify this as a full blown weapon but, then again, I don't write the rules.

Sure, you can probably make a case for that thing having legitimate uses...I see nothing but bad At this moment on our history, why?

Sharper Image used to sell something like that. Really, look at the size of the knife. It's like 1.5".

But remember, hijackers took planes armed w/ box cutters. Box cutters aren't exactly big blades either!

Yes, but they did it without having to USE a knife that size, as far as I know.

I'd rather carry a nice sharp pencil than a midget knife hidden in a calculator...

If you can articulate why, yes. Surgeons disect people with a one inch scalpel, and major arteries (of victims) can and have been severed with the same.
