North American Arms Guardian .32NAA is made by Kahr?

My NAA 380 , bought NIB in 2002, had a Kahr stamp on it, hidden under one of the grips. Some writer mentioned that the frames are made for NAA by Kahr but it's not really a partnership.

Different gun makers make parts for other producers. Apparently, it's easier to "tool up" with CNC machines than it was in the old days,

compman,

I only had the NAA about a year. I sold it last year.

It was an accurate gun but it had a unique recoil. It twisted my wrist each time I shot it. I have a bad right wrist and the NAA really magnified the problem. I never had a problem with it, other than the strange recoil, and it fed all types of ammo, including my re-loads.

I thought it was heavy for its size/caliber and I finally decided to trade it when I bought a Smith 340SC, which is now my "always" gun. (Although the 340 kicks like a mule, it does not twist my wrist)

The NAA was well made, functioned properly, and was easy to conceal because of it's size. I thought it weighed more than is necessary for a .380.

I've owned a total of three NAA's and I think they make an excellent product,

John
