I do not know the history of the Hi-Power so please help me out if you can. My Hi-Power is an old military one that doesn't have the Browning name on it just the Fabrique Nationale D'Armes De Guerre, the rear site is calibrated out to 500 meters and the rear of the grip is milled out for a shoulder stock. It shoots great and I love carring it I would just like to know a little bit about the history. Thanks

Hello, Clay. I can only speak in very general terms. Some historians/collectors will hopefully surface and provide you some help.

You have an FN tangent-sighted HP that's been slotted for use with a shoulder-stock. Does it have any Nazi proof marks or anything to indicate which military might have used it?

That's the best I can do.

Best.
