I have the neatest .40 Super/.45 ACP convertible re-built by Garthwaite on a Baer P2.
We wisely went with a Bar-Sto .40 Super bushingless barrel to tame some of the .40 Super oomph.
Just so I could swap back to the remarkably accurate Baer P-2 (kart) barrel, Jim built a special reverse plug that would hold that barrel's bushing and keep it from moving.
I recall this part being commercially available a few years back.
Anyone know who made the "Reverse plug for Bushing guns"?
I am sure it wasnt a hot seller, but I would like to get a spare or two, in addition to the handmade one Jim built for me.
Oh yeah, the gun shoots great.
We took a 6 year old 1.5" guarantee P-2 and made a real gun out of it. Now it doesn't bite you back when you shoot
