I have a Pre 70`s series Colt Commander Serial# 11938-LW. A guy told me today that it is a Springfield Armory test pistol.What does that mean?Does it make it worth more $?

FWIW I saw in the Blue Book of gun values that that is in fact correct. It also said that it adds 50% to the value.
