I personally like the Omega Seamaster Professional. The older one with the skeleton hand and not the newer model.

If Ian Fleming was still around today, I'd bet that he would indeed allow Bond to wear a Seamaster. Anyway, since the Omega seems to be so popular on this thread this page Omega FAQ should answer any questions anyone might have regarding the Omega Seamaster.
