What do you think about Colt's design for the recoil spring guide and plug for the Officer's ACP pistols?
I've read (though not seen) that the retaining tab on the plug can shear off, disabling the pistol. Is this a design problem, or is it more of a "a Beretta slide could fly back into your face" problem that might happen but is very unlikely unless you combine bad metallurgy with lots of hot ammo?
Are any of the aftermarket recoil guide systems for the OACP an improvement on the original?
