Can an older Glock be brought up to (or returned to) current spec? Specifically, I'm looking for someone who can take my Glock 23, go through it knowing what they are looking for, and fix, replace, tighten or whatever so its as good as it can be.

Funny how nobody on this glock forum talks about pistolsmiths for glocks.

You can take it to a GSSF match and have the on hand pistolsmith there do it and it would be free or next to it.

You can go to glockmeister.com (?) and see what upgrades there are for it. I believe glockmeister has the upgrades listed. If not, let me know, I have them printed out some where.

Ain't that funny

A trained monkey with one arm behind its back and blindfolded can do all the parts replacement for the upgrade you'll probably need (that's a paraphrase of what the CGA who first showed me how to detail strip my GLOCK to perform upgrades told me).

You can do the upgrading yourself easy enough (if you've never done it before, you can still accomplish it easily as long as you follow the directions at Glockmeister's website), or have someone more GLOCK knowlegable do it or you if you don't have a CGA readily accessable.

Phil hasn't been associated with glockmeister for over a year now. Now its owned by an HONEST person, Ben Paz.
