Romanian 22lr bolty action training rifle

Just recently, I purchased one of these for a mere $69 at a local big5 store. Immediately after doing a quick cleaning I proceeded to the range only to encounter numerous amounts of malfunctions. The spent case for some reason will get extracted but wont get ejected out of the receiver. Thus causing a jam for the next cartridge. After a while it got irritating. This incident seems to manifest itself once every five rounds. Does anyone have one of these and does it do the same thing? Any fix for this?
