S&W 929 Cylinder locking up

Wondering if anyone has experienced or heard of the cylinder locking up after the first shot? I just purchased the 929 PC and have used three different types of moon clips, including the one that came with the gun and all three have been used when the cylinder locks up. The clips are not bent, and I am using reloads that I have competed with for the last 5 years. Any suggestions?
