Yes the P220 in .38 Super is a honey of a pistol. Last time I checked, CDNN had spare mags in .38 Super.

I admit my ignorance - who is CDNN. I just paid Sig $108 for two mags for a 38 Super. ($49.95 each plus $8 shipping). If CDNN has them for less I would like a couple of more. It really strains the budget to spend $54 each for mags.

My bad...it was CheaperThanDirt that had the .38 Super P220 mags, not CDNN.

Could someone with a 38 super mag tell me if there is a piece of curved metal along the back of the mag from top to bottom?

I have been trying to see if the 38 super magazine could be used with the 9mm version of the 220.

FWIW my P220 9mm's mags have both 9mm and .38 Super stamped on it.

9 mm will work in a .38 Super mag, but not the other way around.

Cheaper Than Dirt- that's where I got my 38 Super P220 mags. I think I paid about 30-35 back then. I ordered all they had (middle to late last year).

Looks like they have- 12 as of 3/22/02 9pm pacific time. Guess that price isn't that bad....

Got the others through some acutions. Paid less then 40 shipped if I recall....

Hey, what's this about a 225 in 38 Super? Cheaper Than Dirt is selling a mag for one (right below the P220 ad).
