While Liddy can be admired for being man enough to not turn rat when all around him were and for hosting an entertaining talk show, his views on weaponcraft are rather dated. They reflect what he was taught in the FBI...many moons ago. Much progess has been made since then, both in technique and hardware. Liddy's viewpoints on this subject have simply been overtaken by events.
