I lightened the springs on my 3" 317 and improved the trigger a lot. It whacked about 50 prairie dogs last week in Wyoming. Now it has a thousand rounds through it and it's still going strong.
A couple of years ago I traded the 2" barrel model in on the 3" Kit Gun model which is much better, it has sights that one can see. All I ever got was a mouse under the birdfeeder with the 2" using birdshot.
