Alex.....dremel, with a cut off wheel, after a rough night :roll: Hard to get those damn lines exactly parallel though unless you hold really still!

I find a couple Darvosets helps before I start :grin:

Yes, it's CNC :wink:

Warning, do not try this at home.

All kidding aside do not cut your frames with a dremel attempting to make the "wave".

Although the replacment frame makers could surely use your money.....

I was just thinking your were checkering by hand here in CA. and happen to get hit by a 6.0. :grin:
