H&K have decided to emulate Glock and are now producing the LEM configuration in the USP. This has a recoil partial loading of the hammer spring and, I believe, a residual (factory) trigger pull of about 7.5 pounds. There is no safety or decocker. No control lever at all. If the trigger is pulled without a round going off, you presumably need to rack the slide. What are people's opinions of the advantages and disadvantages of this new design?
