Kind of strange how we havent heard much about this topic yet. Considering it's what, the 30th aniversary of the Munich Olympics. Lets not forget that Sept. 11 was an aniversary date also. These terrorists are big on aniversaries.

I'm thinking that Utah is going to at the very least have a serious financial disaster on their hands. How many will venture there, considering the very real possibility of another large scale attack? Maybe bio, chemical, or suitcase nuke involved?

I would also bet that there are going to be anti-terrorist units in place on every street corner, their probably there already. But you think it might already be too late? Sleepers been here a long time already waiting for orders.

I havent heard anything at all from the mainline media, probably cause Utah did a serious ass kissing job, who knows.

Since we got the webb, I was wondering what everyones take is on this potential nightmare. Want them to go ahead or cancel? Not a big problem, or a serious problem? Is Park City undefensible, or can we actually prevent a fanatical attack?

Everyone talks the big talk about going on with our lives, and thats all fine and appropriate as far as we as individuals go. But what about something like this? This is too tempting a target to ignore. Whats to be done?

Have at it.

I understand that the Olympic Committee REFUSED Glock's offer to arm the security forces, GRATIS. Glock did this for Atlanta; all such Glocks have special markings on the slide.

One must wonder at the logic of such a decision........

There was or is pending new law(s) from the state giving out of state cops the same authority as Utah's. In this way there will be enough guards etc to handle things. There is a very strong pro-gun group in Utah but it seems high level policy is going to override much of the CCW rights near the Olympics.
