Is it a 4516 (compact .45 ACP)?

Nope. It's a 4006. You can tell by the fact it's shown in relation to .40 rounds, has adjustable sights, and a steel frame. Adjustable sights, steel frame, .40 = 4006, Smith's full-size .40.
