Getting up at 0300 does allow you to get some work done!

Going to bed at 4:00 am or so does the same thing .... Recliner naps & coffee ....
I get up at 4am local time to come to town and read what you guys are writing about getting up early in the morning.

Kind of ironic, huh?
Yes, but now let me tell you what sucks:

Up at 03 and then to bed at 05:00 the next morning, then back up at 07:40 that same morning, then back to bed at 01:00 the next morning.

It looks as if we broke our gross FNRA banquet total by large margin! However, our cost of goods was up so our net was not much better than 1999. Not bad for skipping a year.

Are you stalking me with those hours?...
Kidding, but seriously I wish I was not, why are you guys living such crappy schedules?

David,

between working for myself, and this past weeks Friends of the NRA Banquet, time was precious.

However, this past week turned into getting everything ready for the FONRA banquet.

The man who was suppossed to do the banquet program had a death in the family and I had to fill in and do the program on top of the MS PP presenation. I was not expecting to do the program and Wednesday morning at 09:30, I was given a 817k template for it and at 04:17 Thursday morning when I rolled out of CopyMax's parking lot, it was 51MB.

We made it and had a pretty good banquet.

Good job on the banquet Denny!

I get up early because that is when I just wake up. I kick start everything at my mother's business at 5:30am. Then head to my work at 8:00am. Come home at 4:00pm. Shoot til 6:00pm. Eat, screw around, bed at 10:35 pm.

Keeps you honest!

Thanks Monty. Many folks worked very hard to make it a success. However, our Chairman worked the hardest.

The neatest thing was retired Texas Ranger Joaquin Jackson's (and latest NRA BoD member)1949 1894 Winchester Flat Band that went for $4K.

Damn,
Joaquin Jackson's rifle was sold and I missed it. I truly believe I would give up a limb from my body(or someone else's) for that rifle.

Congrats to the successful bidder.
